Pecos River Cleanup at Windy Bridge, Saturday, September 26

Join the Truchas Chapter and the Upper Pecos Watershed Association on Saturday, September 26, for a morning cleanup along the Pecos River. We’ll meet at Windy Bridge and spend an hour or two clearing trash from the river corridor. We could use a couple more volunteers.
It’s part of UPWA’s Pecos to Pecos Road & River Cleanup, held the same day at sites from Pecos, New Mexico, all the way down to Pecos, Texas.
Consider staying on to fish afterwards.

- When: Saturday, September 26, 2026, 9 to 11 AM (meet at Windy Bridge at 9 AM)
- Where: Windy Bridge Picnic Area, 1543 NM-63, Pecos Canyon
- Bring: Work clothes, light work gloves, and water. Trash pick-up supplies are provided.
