Boot Pierce has been a member of the Truchas Board for two years and was recently appointed as a member of the Trout Unlimited New Mexico Council.
Boot retired as a geologist after 30 years with the Missouri Geological Survey and then ran Rainwater Fly Fishing in Missouri for eight years. He relocated to Santa Fe in 2021 and is currently the District Office Manager for GZA GeoEnvironmental.
Boot has a long history of supporting fly-fishing organizations and continues his commitment to the sport and our rivers by serving as a Truchas board member.
