DESCRIPTION:Please join our Truchas Chapter’s support of the Earth Day Pecos River Cleanup by volunteering to participate.\n\nDate:  Saturday\, April 18\nTime: 930AM\, Upper Pecos Watershed Association\, 78 S. Main St.\, Pecos\, NM to meet team leaders\, have coffee and donuts and pick up supplies. We will then move to Windy Bridge for the cleanup between 10 and noon.\n\nNoon to 2PM\, picnic with food and music at the Dalton Picnic Area. Eric Callow\, Truchas board member and certified casting instructor\, will provide a casting demonstration and clinic so if interested bring your favorite trout rod to sharpen your casting skills.\n\nRSVP by 4/8 to my email or message to my number below.\n\nFeel free to contact me if you have any questions about joining us for this special event. DESCRIPTION:🌍 Earth Day River & Road Cleanup – Saturday\, April 26th 🌿 \nJoin us in celebrating Earth Day with action! UPWA is proud to host our annual River and Road Cleanup on Saturday\, April 26th from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM\, in partnership with the Pecos Business Association\, Santa Fe National Forest\, Pecos Canyon State Park\, Village of Pecos\, Truchas Chapter\, and New Mexico Wild. \nWe’ll kick off the event at 9:30 AM at UPWA’s office with complimentary donuts and coffee to fuel our volunteers. Cleanup supplies including trash grabbers\, safety vests\, and gloves will be provided on-site. Volunteers will then be assigned to cleanup locations along NM50 or NM63 to help us restore and protect these important corridors. \n👉 Click here to register and be part of this community-wide effort to honor the land and waterways we all cherish. \nLet’s make a difference—together!
